Awesome opportunity for Controller for my favorite client in Springfield area.
This company is growing and has a multiple locations through-out 3 states.
Responsibilities included:
Responsibility for the financial closing process Responsibility for annual financial audit Analysis of and understanding financial trends Communication of financial results and trends with Leadership Team and division Presidents Maintaining accurate statistics Participation in the annual budgeting process Managing debt process Providing accurate information for compliance reporting Looking for cost efficiencies in all facets of the company Participation in developing and writing financial and reporting policies and procedures The ideal candidate will:
Have a Bachelors' degree or better in Accounting or Finance Have a minimum of 3 years of accounting experience with recent experience in a Controller position Have experience with financial reporting requirements Have strong Microsoft office skills, especially Excel Have experience with automated accounting systems such as Great Plains Have experience integrating payroll with financial reporting Great work environment - work/life balance, career growth opportunity and benefits For immediate consideration please submit resume to chrc511@kellyservices.
